IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING OR ACCESSING THIS SITE OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS MADE AVAILABLE BY 7xFUNNELS.

2. Grant of License

By purchasing a product from 7xFunnels, you consent to receive emails regarding content updates, promotions, and newsletters.

11. Your Content

11.1. Ownership and Responsibility

7xFunnels does not claim ownership of your content but requires limited rights to provide services. You represent that you have the necessary licenses and rights to upload content.

11.2. Limited License

By uploading content through our platform, you grant 7xFunnels a worldwide, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of providing services.

11.3. Intellectual Property Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact us immediately.

12. Fees and Payments

12.1. Subscription Fees

All products require payment according to the pricing presented at purchase. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and you are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing information.

12.2. Subscriptions and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.

12.3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of initial sign-up. Refunds are not available after this period. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

12.4. Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

12.5. Price Changes

7xFunnels reserves the right to modify pricing. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

12.6. Delinquent Payments

If payment is not received within 14 days of a failed attempt, 7xFunnels may suspend access. If outstanding fees remain unpaid for 30 days, account termination may occur.

13. Go High Level Transfers

7xFunnels provides proprietary templates, AI buildouts, and other automated systems as part of its software suite. These resources are included in subscriptions.

7xFunnels reserves the right to decline requests to transfer content, templates, or buildouts to Go High Level or other third-party platforms. While you may cancel your subscription and move to Go High Level, we are not obligated to assist in transferring materials.

If you wish to transfer assets, you may request an exception by paying for an annual premium plan upfront ($1,764). However, this request is not guaranteed.
